Dave Nobes started Lautivere Designs five years ago. With a history in Advertising and Marketing within the Food Retail, Leisure and Architectural Industries he has worked for a wide variety of clients in the construction sector, including Barratt Homes, Crosby Homes, G.E.C., Wilcon Homes, Bellway Homes, Nicholas King, and many more.
He produces architectural visuals for a wide range of uses: by Architects to help with proposals; by Property Developers to entice buyers and to help with raising development finance; Estate Agents enjoy the enormous benefits of being able to show the potential of older buildings or land; and of course private owners to help with applications for planning permission or to better visualise their extensions or interior designs.
As well as 2D visuals, 3D virtual models to 'walk' around a building are also available.
The images are produced working from floorplans and elevations, site photographs or photographs of existing buildings as appropriate, and details of the materials for the project.
